1. Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier with limited features

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first subscription purchase
  • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical problems on our end
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • One-time session purchases that have been used
  • Services that have been substantially utilized
  • Cancellations due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Your account access may be immediately revoked upon refund processing

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not typically provided except in cases of:

  • Prolonged service outages that significantly impact your ability to use the platform
  • Billing errors that result in overcharging
  • Special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company:

  • Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
  • We prefer to work directly with customers to resolve billing disputes
